Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor supplying employees dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 2, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every account then held; and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
