Intimation of change.—Every company secretary in practice shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form ADT-1 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
