Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any company secretary in practice dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and twenty days of the death, intimate the death to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form INC-22, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every resolution then held; and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
