Conditions of registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall carry on the storage of inflammable goods only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every fire safety certificate in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such fire safety certificate for inspection on request by the District Collector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
