Application for registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application for registration to the Relief Commissioner in Form A, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every hazard map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one day from that date.
