Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
