Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of an online education platform dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Secondary Education in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every fee receipt then held; and the Board of Secondary Education shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
