Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of an online education platform shall keep the premises where the imparting of education by electronic means is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of recognition kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the imparting of education by electronic means, and shall furnish to the Board of Secondary Education in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
