Surrender of certificate.—Every unit who ceases to carry on the setting up of a unit shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Assam in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every letter of permission held by him has been disposed of.
