Application for registration.—Every unit carrying on the setting up of a unit shall make an application for registration to the Government of Assam in Form ANF-2A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
