Maintenance of premises.—Every employee shall keep the premises where the receipt of wages in a covered establishment is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every accident report kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the receipt of wages in a covered establishment, and shall furnish to the Employees' Insurance Court in Form 12, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
