Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a protected monument who ceases to carry on the ownership of a protected monument shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
