Power to relax.—Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any class or category of persons appointed to the post of Principal Cyber Security Officer in the Information Technology Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
