Surrender of certificate.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor who ceases to carry on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
