Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the captive generating plant owner shall apply to the Ombudsman in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
