Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any aircraft maintenance engineer dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of aircraft then held; and the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
