Intimation of change.—Every publisher shall intimate to the Copyright Board, in Form 18 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Copyright Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
