Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any organiser of a conference attended by foreigners dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the passport authority in Form S, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every declaration of renunciation then held; and the passport authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
