Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the passport authority, in Form E and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the passport authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
