Application for registration.—Every copying agent carrying on the supply of certified copies shall make an application for registration to the District Judge in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every certified copy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
