Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying employees carrying on the supply of employees to an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 11, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
