Maintenance of premises.—Every contractor supplying employees shall keep the premises where the supply of employees to an establishment is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every contribution kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the supply of employees to an establishment, and shall furnish to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 20, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
