Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor supplying employees shall apply to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 19 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
