Periodical returns.—Every contractor supplying employees shall furnish to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form 5 of the supply of employees to an establishment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
