Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private siding shall intimate to the Railway Claims Tribunal, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
