Application for registration.—Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application for registration to the Authorised Officer in Form SEZ-2, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of imports held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
