Intimation of change.—Every registered person shall intimate to the Commissioner of Customs, in Form GSTR-9 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Customs shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
