Clause 2, Karnataka Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) (Home study report Control) Order, 2021 [S3W-G3G]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1982 (Karnataka Act 1 of 1982); (b) "employer of adolescents" means a person carrying on the employment of adolescents; (c) "inspection report" means a inspection report received, held or disposed of by a employer of adolescents in the course of the employment of adolescents; (d) "Form VI" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
