Intimation of change.—Every owner of a lift irrigation scheme shall intimate to the River Basin Authority, in Form A and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the River Basin Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
