Intimation of change.—Every operator of a gymnasium shall intimate to the State Sports Council, in Form C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Sports Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
