Surrender of certificate.—Every scholarship disbursing institution who ceases to carry on the disbursement of scholarships shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
