Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a home stay who ceases to carry on the running of a home stay shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every site held by him has been disposed of.
