Intimation of change.—Every community radio station shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form V and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
