Intimation of change.—Every owner of a cinema shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form IV and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
