Application for registration.—Every establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 2, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
