Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
