Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the supply of electricity shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every storage tank held by him has been disposed of.
