Intimation of change.—Every commissioner appointed by the court shall intimate to the Legal Services Authority, in Form C and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Legal Services Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
