Surrender of certificate.—Every open shelter who ceases to carry on the running of an open shelter shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Child Protection Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every home study report held by him has been disposed of.
