Intimation of change.—Every open shelter shall intimate to the District Child Protection Unit, in Form II and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Child Protection Unit shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
