Application for registration.—Every blood bank carrying on the running of a blood bank shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form 19, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
