Surrender of certificate.—Every blood bank who ceases to carry on the running of a blood bank shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 25 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
