Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of cosmetics shall intimate to the Central Government, in Form 20-B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
