Bye-law 31, National Medical Commission (Fees of The manufacture of cosmetics) Bye-laws, 2021 [S3V-VVH]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 6 March 2021.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of cosmetics shall apply to the Central Government in Form 28 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Central Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
