Safe custody.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit shall keep every stock of minerals to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where reconnaissance operations is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every stock of minerals so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Mineral Foundation within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
