Intimation of change.—Every authorised representative shall intimate to the Principal Chief Commissioner, in Form 3CD and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
