Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any grantee of a public honour dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Nodal Authority in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every summons then held; and the Nodal Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
