Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a Government bond who ceases to carry on the holding of Government bonds shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Accountant General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every voucher held by him has been disposed of.
