Intimation of change.—Every tax return preparer shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form ITR-1 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
