Intimation of change.—Every court auctioneer shall intimate to the Taxing Officer, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Taxing Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
